Yes. I sold this fabulous home at Auction. The terrible weather did not impact our final result. 3 registered bidders. However it was a Queensland couple that were our buyers with a solid offer that my client accepted. A great result for all involved.
I met a lot of the neighbours – if you are remotely looking to buy or sell…you know who to call! In my opinion Hunters Hill & indeed Pulpit Point is one of the nicest spots in all of Sydney.
