Not since 2010 has the stars been in such a state of near alignment as perhaps they will be this year. There are a few differing opinions out there as to what this year will yield for top end homes in Sydney, some based more on fact than others. As I always mention so much comes back to confidence. The only possible fly in the ointment this year will be the Federal Election & how that plays out. *Sips coffee & gazes out the window*.
