Many home owners looking to sell often have an issue with expensive marketing plans & what seems like a high commission rate. Fair enough too. Contrary to what many agents put out there I subscribe to a far more individual approach. A belief that everyone is different & each property is different – so my whole strategy is to respect that fact & create a plan from there. There is no one size fits all. What works for an apartment may not work for a large family home & vice versa. This may sound elementary but my experience in the market place shows that is not the case.
